My husband and I have been married for over 19 years. We have three children, ages 17, 12, and 8. After several years of working in the financial industry, last spring I decided it was time to take care of my kids full-time. I have been creating reborn dolls for almost a year now. My journey began at the encouragement of my middle daughter. Her desire for a reborn baby and my artistic abilities were a perfect match. Once I completed my daughter's baby, I was hooked on this wonderful form of art. The ability to reborn babies truly warms my heart and with each baby I complete it becomes warmer.

Emma Cousins of "Rosepetal Reborns" Nursery.

My name is Emma Cousins and I am the Reborn Artist for Rosepetal Reborns.  I live in England, UK and I have a lovely family consisting of a brilliant husband and 4 lovely children...oh, and a little chihuahua too!  As a child I was always very artistic. I loved drawing and painting and flourished in Art classes during school - although I chose something a bit more theatrical for College and studied Performing Arts. I discovered Reborn Babies  after watching a documentary  on T.V and later  saw them listed on ebay. I was fascinated with the amount of detail that went into creating a truly unbelievable reborn baby. To take vinyl doll parts, paint and  add hair to achieve the look of  a real life baby was extraordinary and so exciting to me. I thought "I really want to try that...I really think I can do that!" and the rest is history!!I have been doing this since the end of February 2008 and so far, I am truly hooked! Hooked at this challenging hobby, striving to make the next baby as perfect as the last

Cheryl Banks of "Cherie's Little Blessings" Nursery.

My name is Cherie Banks and I live in Southern Ohio. I have been married to my best friend for 35 years!! I have 2 sons, both of whom are married, and 4 WONDERFUL grandchildren. I accidentally stumbled onto the art of reborning a couple of years ago when my husband bought me a Berenguer doll. I decided to look them up on Ebay to see if he had gotten a good deal....when I typed in Berenguer...ALL the reborn babies came up!!! I was immediately HOOKED!!!! I LOVE taking that "cold" vinyl and transforming it into such a lifelike resemblance!!!
